- Provide, operate, and maintain the TrimTracr app.
- Track your daily streaks, hydration, and nutritional goals.
- Power the AI Coach to provide contextual, personalized wellness feedback.
- Generate "Doctor-Ready Summaries" at your explicit request.

TrimTracr integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to read your health and activity data, specifically Steps and Active Energy. We request this access to provide a core feature of the application: automatically and accurately calculating your daily net calorie budget to personalize your health targets.
To protect your privacy, TrimTracr adheres to the following strict guidelines regarding Apple Health data:
- No Advertising or Data Mining: We do not use your HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or other use-based data mining purposes.
- No Third-Party Selling: Your Apple Health data is never sold to, rented to, or shared with third-party advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
- Data Control: You maintain full control over this data. You can grant or revoke TrimTracr's read access to HealthKit at any time directly through the native Apple Health app settings on your device.
