1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using TrimTracr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

TrimTracr is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. The app, including the AI Coach feature, is designed to help you organize your hydration, nutrition, and GLP-1 medication schedules. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding your medical conditions, medication dosages, and diet plans. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on TrimTracr.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

TrimTracr offers both monthly ($9.99/month) and annual ($79.99/year) subscription models. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrimTracr to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the app's security or the AI Coach systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app — including the TrimTracr name, the "Give Life Priority" branding, logos, and software code — are the exclusive property of TrimTracr.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
